You can create different news for different language versions of your website. Auto-sorting of the website news by the date of their creation will eliminate the problem of displaying the news in the right order.
When the piece of news is saved, all visitors who signed up to receive the news from your website will automatically be sent an e-mail containing the current piece of news. If your website has several language versions, the text of the piece of news you have created will only be received by the visitors who signed up for receiving news at the Russian version of your website.
