If you want to buy real estate well, research
recent prices, make a written offer, and include a strong lender
letter. That will insure that you know you are offering a reasonable
(if on the low side) price and look strong to the seller. You can
research prices by using sites like ours and/or going to the courthouse
(online or in person). You can find state specific contracts to
purchase real estate on our site and other Internet sites and simply
"fill in the blanks." Or you can pay an attorney to draw a contract
offer for you. Or you can ask a real estate agent to draw a contract
for you that includes a commission (usually about half what's typical
for a realtor listed property).
