Once you make the decision to sell your home, it is time to get the word out. Many people are embarrassed or hesitant to vocalize they are selling. Don’t be! Word of mouth can be very powerful. This is particularly true at work. Work is a portal for different groups of people. People you might never know otherwise work with you. They have friends and family! More than a few deals have been done when someone’s brother had a friend who was looking to buy. Don’t be shy! Get the word out, particularly at work.
